Assess whether the fire can be safely extinguished. Fire extinguishers are located near most exits throughout the premises.
If the fire cannot be extinguished safely, call 112 and report the location of the fire: Fællesvej 9 or Fællesvej 12, 8766 Nørre Snede.
1. What is on fire, and are there any injuries?
2. Who are you and what is your phone number?
3. Assign a person to direct the emergency services to the location of the fire.
4. Ensure that any injured persons and others at risk are evacuated from the building, and that first aid is provided.
5. If it is safe to do so, close all gates, doors, and windows.
6. Ensure that everyone is evacuated and assembles at the designated assembly point in the car park.
7. Ensure that any vehicles obstructing access for the fire service are moved.
8. Contact your department manager.

Assess the situation, stop the incident/accident if possible, and consider whether emergency assistance is required. If assistance is needed, call 112 and provide the following information:
1. What happened? Who are you, and what is your phone number?
2. State the location of the incident: Fællesvej 9 or Fællesvej 12, 8766 Nørre Snede.
3. If there are any casualties or injured persons, how many?
4. Who are you, and what is your telephone number?
5. In the event of a workplace accident, provide first aid until the ambulance personnel take over.
6. Notify your department manager
7. Assign a person to guide the emergency services to the scene of the accident
1-2 persons shall put on the high-visibility vests located at the main entrance at Fællesvej 9 and at the entrance door at Fællesvej 15, and ensure that all personnel safely evacuate the building.

2. Proceed to the assembly point
3. Ensure that you are registered at the assembly point
4. You may only re-enter the building once permission has been granted by the fire brigade
