NIKODAN was founded in 1987 as a machine factory. Since then, we have spent the last 30 years developing our expertise in the construction of machines, systems, conveyors, and palletizing equipment.
In 2010 NIKODAN developed 1st generation Block Depalletizer
In 2015, NIKODAN was acquired by the Swedish group Lagercrantz. This provided the company with a much-needed boost in growth, and we have more or less grown steadily ever since.
In 2021, we updated our name from NIKODAN Conveyor Systems A/S to NIKODAN Process Equipment to emphasize the broad scope of our expertise. Although we still consider conveyors our specialty, our know-how also extends to other handling systems.
With LCG backing us, we invested in new premises for the benefit of our employees, ensuring the surroundings reflect the mindset we want to convey. See our new surroundings here.
In 2023 we proudly received Børsen Gazelle 2023. Read more about it here.
In 2025, NIKODAN acquires the automation company ‘Techmatic’, taking an important step to strengthen our products to meet the future demands of automation.
