Conveyor with 45-degree inliner and reject function

We have recently completed the production of this conveyor with a 45-degree inliner and reject function.

The inliner narrows the products on the conveyor belt into a single straight line. In the video below, you can see that the conveyor has several belts angled relative to each other so that the products are moved from multiple rows to run one by one on the belt.

The video also shows the machine’s pneumatic reject function, which can blow unwanted or defective products off the belt using air pressure.

Afterwards, the products are ready to be handled in the next step of the production line, such as in an oven, washing station, or further transportation.

This conveyor is manufactured with high quality and meets the strict requirements for machines used in food handling.
