We have extensive experience in manufacturing machines for pallet handling. In the video below, you can see an example of a system we have built for pallet handling.

The video shows conveyors transporting euro pallets along a path where several vertical racks are also placed. The pallets are then placed in different vertical racks according to the amount of wear and damage on the pallets.

The system is equipped with mirrors under the racks, allowing factory workers who operate the system to see underneath the pallets in order to assess the level of wear. The worker performing the inspection then places the inspected pallet in one of several vertical racks based on the pallet’s quality.
