News about Robotic Palletizing
Do you need efficient palletizing systems?
Nikodan has experience in designing and manufacturing palletizing systems where industrial robots stack goods onto pallets, including Euro pallets. In the video below, you can see a system where a robotic arm lifts boxes of beverages from one position to another. The robot places the boxes on a Euro pallet, and once the pallet is fully loaded, it sits on powered roller conveyors. These conveyors can then move the pallet onward for further handling.
The video also shows that the system can include a pallet dispenser, where the stack of pallets is raised, and a new pallet is automatically fed to the industrial robot when it’s ready to start loading the next one. The video demonstrates just one possible configuration, and if you have specific requirements for palletizing systems, feel free to contact us so we can discuss your needs and preferences. More information about robotic solutions:
We can manufacture robotic tools that act as an interface between a robotic arm and the item to be placed or moved. Such tools can be customised to meet your specific technical requirements. In cooperation with an external partner, we also deliver robot programming.
This type of programming is often performed to ensure that the robots are aligned with the speed and positioning of the items—e.g., on conveyor belts—from which they pick or place. Regarding pick-and-place robots, we can deliver complete solutions in which robots and conveyors are designed to interact, so that robots pick or place various products from sources such as pallets or conveyors and distribute them to other locations.
Related solutions we offer include, as mentioned, palletizing, where a robot, such as a robotic arm, picks or places items to or from a pallet. This pallet can then be placed on a heavy-duty conveyor and moved further along a production line.
