New smart slicing machine for modern bread production

We have recently manufactured the machine below for a customer producing bread. The machine is equipped with a series of rotating cutting blades designed to slice raw dough. Typically, the machine is integrated over a conveyor system, where the raw dough passes underneath on a belt. The machine is built from stainless steel and complies with the various hygiene standards required by industrial bakeries.

To ensure safety for the operator, the machine includes protective shielding over the blades and warning labels highlighting the presence of rotating knives. It also features a control panel allowing adjustment of speed, as well as start and stop functions.

A handwheel on the top of the machine makes it possible to raise and lower the blades for optimal positioning, depending on the type of dough being cut.
