Additional Information

The Pullnose is a specific type of conveyor that places products from one conveyor belt to another. This happens through a pull-back mechanism, where the conveyor belt extends over or onto another belt and then quickly retracts, placing the product on another belt. This ensures that the product is placed correctly and symmetrically for the next step of the production process, which can be anything from a conveyor belt to processing to packaging.

The pullnose is also useful in relation to other handling solutions. This could for example be with a reject system, to sort through wanted and unwanted products, or with a packaging system, to place products symmetrically in a container.
