We have recently produced this conveyor with a 45 degree inliner and reject function.
The inliner moves the products on the conveyor belt to a single straight line. In the video below, it can be seen that the conveyor has different belts that sit at an angle in relation to each other, such that the products are moved from one row, to run individually one after the other, on the belt.
The video also shows the machine’s pneumatic reject function, which can blow unwanted or defective products off the belt with air pressure.
The products are then ready to be handled in the next step of the production line, for example in the form of an oven, washing or further transport.
This conveyor is manufactured in high quality and meets the high requirements for machines used for handling food.
