NIKODAN got nominated for Lagercrantz Group’s Development Award 2020-2021, amongst four other companies. The nominees were chosen from the 60 companies under Lagercrantz Group’s wing. Because of an impressive growth of both company and results, NIKODAN had the honour of receiving the Development Award on September 9th at a formal award ceremony. Cheers were made and some appreciative words were given, along with the physical award: “For implementing solid financial control systems and processes for a project business. From calculations and offerings to follow-up and making changes, thereby resulting in solid economic results in just one year.”
From NIKODAN, managing director Jan Gram and finance manager Tommy Kvelland were present to accept the award on behalf of the company – an award that now prominently hangs at the entrance of NIKODAN’s main building. About receiving this award, Jan Gram says: “The whole team at NIKODAN has worked super hard to improve our processes, follow-ups, and overall communication, both internally and externally with our customers.
