Washer and Dryer

In most cheese productions, the cheese is washed before being transported to storage or to the final packaging. They are typically washed with brine, which protects against unwanted bacterial growth. This transportation system transports the cheese through a tub, where it's washed with a waterfall type washer, to make sure the whole product is covered. The cheese is then transported further along the conveyor system, where an air dryer is placed to blow off and dry any excess liquids. This system ensures that the washing and drying process is done correctly and consistently every time. Size, speed, belt and other specifications of the Washer and Drying Unit can be customized to any production's individual needs.
